  19. Spades is distributed as shareware. Shareware is not a type of
  20. software, rather it is a method of marketing. Shareware allows you to
  21. evaluate a software package BEFORE you decide whether or not you want to
  22. buy it. In the case of Spades you are entitled to a 30-day evaluation
  23. period. It is illegal to continue using the software without registering it. 
  24. Registration also provides you with the full version of Spades with the 
  25. "Partners" option enabled.  In addition, you will be entitled to future 
  26. upgrades at a reduced price and will be added to our mailing list (if you
  27. so desire).

  52. Massachusetts and shall inure to the benefit of Dart Consulting and any 
  53. successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding
  54. brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this
  55. agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
  56. jurisdiction located in Middlesex County, Ma. The parties hereby consent to
  57. in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  61.                    COPYRIGHT NOTICE & LICENSE AGREEMENT

  63.      The registered version of Spades and the disk on which it is
  64. contained is licensed for one user. This is copyrighted software. You
  65. are not obtaining title to the software or any copyright rights through
  66. its purchase. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, convey, modify,
  67. translate, convert to another programming language, decompile, or
  68. disassemble the software for any purpose.

  70.      You are granted a limited license to use the unregistered version
  71. for a limited evaluation period of up to 30 days, in order to determine
  72. if it suits your needs. If you desire to use the program past this date,
  73. you must register.

  77. Registration gives you unlimited license to use Spades for your
  78. personal use. When you register you will receive the following benefits:
